Tournament of Champions Terms and Conditions
(1) The Tournament of Champions is an invitation only event with a field of 20 runners. (2) The first place finishers in each of the twelve Super Series tournaments (satellites do not count) will receive entry to the Tournament of Champions. (3) The remaining eight places in the Tournament of Champions will be filled by the top eight finishers in the Super Series Leaderboard. If one of those players has already won entry to the Tournament of Champions by winning a Super Series event, the next highest Leaderboard finisher will be invited. (4) In the event that a player wins more than one Super Series tournament, the next highest finisher in the Super Series Leaderboard who has not received an invite will be given entry to the Tournament of Champions until twenty individual players have been chosen. (5) In the event that a Super Series tournament is cancelled before or during the tournament and not rerun, the Tournament of Champions entry intended for the winner of that event will be awarded to the highest finisher in the Tournament of Champions Leaderboard who has not yet received an invitation to the Tournament of Champions. (6) Invitation to the Tournament of Champions is non-transferable and non-refundable. Cash alternative will not be offered. (7) Qualifying players will be emailed with entry details by Thursday 3rd July 2008. (8) In the event of any dispute, the decision of PKR poker management will be final and correspondence will not be entered into. 

Team PKR Bounty with $12,500 GTD Terms and Conditions
(1) This promotion is open to all real money PKR players. (2) The Team PKR Bounty replaces the scheduled Terminator Bounty tournament. (3) Players will receive $200 for eliminating a Bounty – double the size of the usual $100. (4) In the event of a bounty player being eliminated by another bounty player, the bounty prize will be added to the surviving bounty player’s prize. (5) In the event of a bounty player finishing in a prize winning position, the amount of the prize will be added to their bounty prize. (6) In the event of a bounty player winning the tournament outright, their prize and bounty prize will be divided equally between all other final table finishers. (7) Bounty prize winners will be credited their winnings within 72 hours of completion of the tournament. (8) In the event of any dispute, the decision of PKR poker management will be final and correspondence will not be entered into.

2.The Jackpot prize will be paid only after the consecutive winning games have been checked for any signs of collusive play.
3. Tournaments are considered as consecutive for the purposes of this promotion if their starting times are consecutive.
4. 4 consecutive Sit ‘N’ Go tournaments with the same 12 players will not be eligible for this promotion.
5. Players from the same IP address, or from the same household, are not eligible to enter the same Sit ‘N’ Go tournament for purposes of this promotion.
6. If a tournament is interrupted due to a server problem it will be settled as per our regular interruption policy. For the purpose of the Jackpot this tournament will be considered not to have run. WSOP Package Terms & Conditions

1. Players must be at least 21 years of age to participate in a World Series of Poker event. If a WSOP package winner does not meet the minimum age requirements, they will forfeit the prize without any compensation.
2. Any PKR WSOP prize package is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Only the named winner of any prize package may enter the actual event.
3. In the event of a qualifying player being unable to attend the WSOP Event, their entry will be forfeited without compensation. Please ensure that you are available to play in WSOP events before entering satellites.
4. WSOP prize package includes the Main Event tournament entry cost plus $2,500 to cover travel and accommodation expenses. Players are responsible for booking their own travel and accommodation.
5. By participating in a satellite or WSOP promotion of any kind on PKR, you grant PKR the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation for a period of up to 12 months from the published end of the WSOP event.
6. Players who participate in the WSOP via PKR promotions may be required to undertake reasonable promotional activities on behalf of PKR both at the event and for a period of three months following the event. These activities may include, but are not limited to, public appearances, press conferences and interviews. PKR will cover all additional costs required in fulfilling this obligation.
7. All players who participate in the WSOP via PKR promotions are required to exclusively wear PKR branded clothing throughout the tournament. All clothing will be provided free of charge.
8. The WSOP is a televised event, and as such you may be required to sign a waiver prior to playing that gives permission to film and broadcast your participation. Failure to sign this waiver may result in your not being permitted to play – this will forfeit your entry without compensation from PKR.
9. Qualifying players are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate travel documentation required for participation in WSOP Events. Failure to gain entry into the host country may result in your entry being forfeited without compensation from PKR.
10. Qualifying players will be contacted by our customer services team with details within 7 days of qualification.
11. In the event of any dispute regarding PKR WSOP promotions the decision of PKR management is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. PKR reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion without notice for whatever reason at their absolute discretion.
13. A hard copy of these Terms and Conditions must be signed in the presence of a PKR employee prior to your play in any WSOP event. All players will be required to show a valid passport as proof of age and identity.
